I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Prior to the sale, the customer service was excellent. However, that changed significantly after the purchase was completed. Once the paperwork was finalized, I was handed only one key. I immediately raised concerns, as it's a Mercedes and I knew replacing or duplicating the key fob would be costly. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Came to test drive a car, after I have scheduled an appointment, had to wait 45 minutes until I was able to drive the car because the sales person was busy with other business, had to test drive it by myself with no explanation what so ever about the car, the car clearly had a bad paint job of the front but it was not disclosed. I was contacted all day to come in to see the vehicle. When I got there I was told the car was sold. The manager Will tried to get me to buy a car I didn’t want and because I was stern about what I wanted he walked away and left me sitting so I walked out the dealership

Overall it was a good experience. Salesman was very professional and amicable; The financial mgr was also very professional and helpful. The only negative issue I have to mentioned is the fact the the vehicle windshield had a total of 4 ROCK CHIPS , one of them is very large, I didn’t notice them during the test drive and the sales team never mentioned it to me. I only discovered the damage until I had the vehicle in my driveway.
