RecommendedJoe Mayton, thank you! You stayed true from when I spoke with you on the phone. I called at 4:38 pm and we were 18 miles from your dealership. You said that you closed at 5, but were with a customer, but said you’d stay to seal a deal. Well, an hour and a half later, paperwork is wrapping up. The dealership was straight up with pricing. If you do not want to waste time haggling, this is the place.

I drove from out of state to come pick up a Hyundai Tucson and the Hyundai dealership of Louisville gave me such an amazing experience that made all the traveling worth it! “The price you see is the price you pay.” It’s plastered all over your website. Can’t be further from the truth! The 2018 Sonata SEL on your website that is listed for $18,000 is ACTUALLY $24,000. And that’s NOT including all the dealer fees that were added on after that. This place is no different than any other dealership. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get you in and do everything they can to convince you that paying $6,000 more than the advertised price is a win for you.
I drove almost 3 hrs to look at a used truck they told me was very nice. I'm pretty sure it was in a flood and Simone tried to hide it. It was fairly obvious that something wasn't right and that's the kind of products they put on the lot.

The service department is horrible. They let me know of a recall issue so my wife took the vehicle in. They can't replace a valve cover gasket properly that wasn't leaking to begin with. Had to take it back and they admitted the work was wrong. Thanks for the 3 x 3 oil spot on the driveway.
