The guy that was helping in the beginning made it a bad experience. He promised me that my car would be delivered to my house at a certain time and it didn’t happen. After I came back to the dealership to express my disappointment , two other salesmen ensured that I would have my car delivered and they kept their word. I’m happy now.

The salesman was not informed that the vehicle was already sold. When I went to meet with him in person, the greeting of the staff at the door when we walked in was very cold and disrespectful. We will never shop there again.

Dealer said the car was available even though the car was sold already. I didn’t appreciate the bait and switch tactic. Also, the internet sales manager was very pushy. I ended up buying from a different dealership.

i was treated horribly. So bad I wouldn't let them give me a car for free. They lied to me over and over .bait and switched prices. , the car was so filthy the previous owner still had things in the car and garbage too. Windows were so dirty couldn't see out of them .they treated me like a crook. And changed sales people on me like 4 or 5 times. Great experience!! Dave in sales is a straight shooter and a pleasure to work with. Hammered out most of the details over the phone as we were purchasing the SUV to accommodate our recent addition of a baby and had limited time!
