I drove their from Chicago for a test drive appointment. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I was told the car was being serviced and I could not test drive it that day. Then a week and a half later I had another appointment for a test drive. About 2 hours for my appointment. I was called back that the car was still being serviced. I called on a car I saw on the internet. They were helpful and accommodating. I am 2000 miles away and they still treated me like a local customer.
