Car was shown as having 10k miles on it, instead it had 17k and they corrected it online after I tested it on the road. Also, carfax showed 1 owner but it never showed an oil change being done on the car until 10053 miles (crazy). Also, from June 23 to October 24 the car had only 1 mile done accoriding to carfax. A lot of mismatching and their product specialist could not explain as to how and why. I left the moment he could not say a thing about it.

Stopped responding to my inquiries, then cargurus sent out message that one of the vehicles I had saved had been sold!!!! Yeah, thanks Lyle Richardson for getting back to me.

When I made initial inquiry I received a call immediately. Questions were answered and I was given time to review information received. Received a follow-up call a week later and spoke with Danielle who verified everything I was wanting with pictures and history on vehicle as I was purchasing vehicle from out of state. The easiest process in the world, most taking place over the phone, then just 2 hours test driving, proving insurance, signing paper work, none of which were any hassle at all.
They responded to my inquiry. Showed me other vehicles when it was discovered the one I was interested in was being bought. Good follow up as well.
They're very helpful and responded to my messages almost immediately
Got a response next day. I purchased the car the following week. No regrets! Love the car!
