BEWARE... Hyundai of Louisville has no scruples or business ethics!! First, they need to hire people that actually have a moral compass. Then, they need to put processes and procedures in place to keep track of used cars with an active purchase order/agreement.

It is rare, but it looks like without the deposit we were not able to hold your vehicle until your paperwork was completed. Don’t even waste your time going there. Was told a Ford truck on the lot was in great shape with no issues. Drove 4 total hours to find out it needed a whole new engine. Complete waste of my time

just now I needed a car fast mine was on its last leg. I tried to buy a 2011 elantra. They said my credit was good. But the interest rate on loan was high. They tried to upsell me saying I could buy a 2018 sonata at a better rate. Sales manager called me. Trying the upsell. I asked what my interest rate on loan was and if he had the car looked at like I had asked.He said he would call back in 10 minutes. I never heard from him again. It seriously lacks customer service. I regret walking in that dealership. We purchased the vehicle because it is what we were looking for, but it has been the worse experience. The most positive was Eric the salesman who was very cordial and respectful. Herman made an effort to smooth things, but it was late to change my opinion. David is the financial guy and all he cares about is to make sure you sign the papers. He has no regard for your time and lacks customer service. Love Hyundai of Louisville! The car buying experience in 2019 was great but the service department is what keeps me coming back. I admit, I’m a tough one to keep happy but they always rise to the occasion.
