Dealer ran my credit when I showed interest in the jeep wrangler. Came back to me after the credit pull and said they couldn’t sell me the wrangler because it was sold a week prior….. then tried to upsell me to a new car. Dishonest. Would not recommend.

While we are sorry you are upset that the Wrangler was sold, we attempted to show you new car options that would actually be approved by a lender given the amount of negative equity you were trying to roll into the loan. Sales staff ws great. Found exact same care mileage and 32 Hyudai dealership records 5 hours away that was 3k cheaper with delivery.
BEWARE... Hyundai of Louisville has no scruples or business ethics!! First, they need to hire people that actually have a moral compass. Then, they need to put processes and procedures in place to keep track of used cars with an active purchase order/agreement.

It is rare, but it looks like without the deposit we were not able to hold your vehicle until your paperwork was completed. Don’t even waste your time going there. Was told a Ford truck on the lot was in great shape with no issues. Drove 4 total hours to find out it needed a whole new engine. Complete waste of my time
