The entire Parts & Service Team is great! Always very helpful. However, Service Advisor Kwante B. is my go to person when it comes to my vehicle. I appreciate his follow up calls regarding status and his patience when answering questions about services & maintenance to my vehicle. 5 STARS highly recommend!
This review is specifically for Emely--she is the best, most honest, and straightforward car salesperson I've dealt with. I told her what I was looking for and she spent a month with me trying to find exactly what I wanted--her communication was excellent and she would frequently reach out with updates, even if there was nothing new to report. She got me what I wanted on my trade-in and was open about the whole process. She's also just a good, genuine person, and I appreciate her making the car buying experience better.
No lo recomiendo me devolvieron mi carro con un golpe y solo dijeron que lo arreglarían nunca lo arreglaron. Mi automóvil no sirve el claxon y ellos solo simplemente dijeron que van a ordenar la pieza como es posible que estés manejando un carro sin claxon cuando supuestamente eso es defecto de fábrica a ellos no les interesa nada solo vender. Y es todo.
