I contacted Lincolnwood Hyundai after the GSM confirmed the price of a specific vehicle over the phone and made the trip to the dealership expecting to complete the purchase. Once I arrived, the numbers changed significantly because of dealer-added products and fees that had not been presented as part of the agreed pricing. I brought my Hyundai Santa Fe to Berman Hyundai on May 28 because I believed there was a problem with the transmission. I did not get my vehicle back until July 9—approximately six weeks later. The entire experience was extremely frustrating.
