I booked a 10:00am appointment for an oil change and chose the drop-off option since that was the only alternative to arranging a ride. Four hours later, nothing had been done. When I finally asked for an update, I was told there were 5 vehicles ahead of me — information I only got because I asked. The staff are great but the manager is absolutely unprofessional and should never have a customer facing job. After an uneasy phone call where he disrespected me while I maintained my cool and respectful responses. I tried to clear the air the next time I had a recall service and was at the office.
