We took our 2018 Elantra to Fort Myers Hyundai after a scary incident in which the car jammed in DRIVE and it took us an hour to shift it to PARK and turn it off. After looking at the car for approximately 1 hour they told us that they couldn't diagnose the problem. They recommended that if this happens again we should leave the car as is and have it towed to them. This is laughable. How could a running car stuck in DRIVE be loaded onto a tow truck? Worst dealership in SWFL!! They need to be closed down! Full of liars, thieves and manipulators. Lee County Teacher but salesman refused to lower the price even $1. Forced to pay and problems with used car even before drove off the lot. "Rex" is the worst of the bunch.
I found the 2022 Santa Cruz online and called to see if it was in stock. Carlos Ramirez stated the car was in stock and quoted me the MSRP plus tax, title, and license. When I arrived at the dealership Carlos was very helpful and I took the Santa Cruz on a test drive. Upon on completion of the test drive I went home to fill out the credit application, when I received a text from Carlos informing me someone else was going to buy the Santa Cruz.
