Don't even go there they string you along and waist your time and when you finally get a care beware because you sign papers but you might get a call 7 days later saying to come back because their is a problem with the contract and eventually you need to give back the car. I went to purchase a vehicle from there spoke with Mike the sales guy and he was great in the beginning. They did all the paperwork through finance and everything was all good, took the car home that day. Week later I get a call stating I need to come back because I need a co signer. I asked to speak with finance and no one came to speak to me. I waited for 40 min outside with my daughter and spoke to 3 people asking them to get a manager. Not a good dealer, unprofessional staff, tried getting me to buy the car I wanted for almost $5000 more than the total cost after all fees and financing, I'm currently trying to back out of the deal but now am being bullied by a manager. I am never ever doing business with them again, if only their was a way to do 0 stars.
Do you want to be lied to ? Attacked when you pull up to the building by 20 sales people? Pay 5K more for a car than you would from any other dealship? Than Hyundai of El Paso is perfect for you. The sales staff is not trained on the inventory, the sales tactics are rude, strong and old fashion. Sales trick 1 of 1 , lets me have you sign this folded peice of offer paper; I will take it to my boss and see if we can make a deal. Bottom line: It takes 4 hours to buy a car from this place and they are very dishonest.
