Terry the customer service face to the public is Awesome Everything else is HORRIBLE! AN APPOINTMENT MEANS ZERO it has taken 3 APPOINTMENTs for me to get a new wheel bearing on 1 location. I WILL NEVER BE BACK I WILL TRAVEL 3X AS FAR TO AVOID THIS. IT took more than 6 hours for ONE bearing.
