The sales process itself was pleasant enough, but the sales manager added two "REQUIRED" fishy add-ons, specifically, "Shadowmark Etch" and "Elite Package". Other than showing up on my Retail Purchase Agreement, this bundle added $1,296 to the bottom line of my used car. No matter how much I told the sales manager that I didn't want either, he pushed back, telling me Hyundai requires them on all used cars. BEWARE, the Federal Trade Commission specifically prohibits dealers from hard-selling deceptive add-ons like these. My n... read more
Hyundai dealers/service departments seem to get a lot of flack online, but our Charleston team is an exception to the rule. AJ and Justus in the service departments are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and get the job done. 10/10
I had the most amazing experience at the Hyundai in west Ashley! Will Hutchinson was a wonderful person to work with and everyone else was beyond helpful! When I am need another car, I will be going back. They have a customer for life!!!
