I had my 2015 Sonata towed to Auburn due to engine failure. Have 111,000 miles on odometer and extended warranty info up to 120,000. I was told that extended warranty did not apply to my car’s engine problem. Their cost to replace engine would be over $8000.00. I told them that was unacceptable. My car was towed to Hyundai of Auburn on April 14, 2026. In the 5.5 weeks my car was there, I received no updates, none of the requested information I inquired about from the service agent, and no courtesy vehicle despite having to work everyday. I found out my car was ready to be picked up via a "courtesy text" on May 15, 2026 at 3:15 p.m. with no information on costs nor explanation of replacements/repairs. Worst service department ever! I have a 2023 Genesis GV80. I took it in for new tires. I had them put on 4 new primacy factory tires. They put the tires on wrong and couldn’t get it balanced. See pictures of all the weights they put trying to “balance it” after they put the tire on wrong. Let me leave and had to bring it back later to have them fix it as it was not road ready.
