Worst service department ever! I have a 2023 Genesis GV80. I took it in for new tires. I had them put on 4 new primacy factory tires. They put the tires on wrong and couldn’t get it balanced. See pictures of all the weights they put trying to “balance it” after they put the tire on wrong. Let me leave and had to bring it back later to have them fix it as it was not road ready.
