I went to change the engine oil for my Kia car, and although the price was higher than I expected, the staff remained kind and courteous until the end, for which I am grateful. If I had a Hyundai car, I think I would be even more satisfied with their service.
We towed our daughter’s 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited to Hyundai of Auburn on November 7, 2024 with a drivetrain issue which is still under warranty. They requested maintenance records which we provided back to 2021. They told us we had to agree to an inspection of the engine which would be $800 out of our pocket if the warranty work was denied - we agreed. They call us by phone every couple of weeks asking for more info or telling us an inspector from their “3rd party vendor” wants photos or is sending an inspector to inspect... read more
