Good service...just takes too long. My appointment was at 1045...didn't get to my car until 1115.
I had my 2015 Sonata towed to Auburn due to engine failure. Have 111,000 miles on odometer and extended warranty info up to 120,000. I was told that extended warranty did not apply to my car’s engine problem. Their cost to replace engine would be over $8000.00. I told them that was unacceptable. I was told that I had 10 days to remove my car, and pay over $200.00 for diagnostics. My car was towed to Hyundai of Auburn on April 14, 2026. In the 5.5 weeks my car was there, I received no updates, none of the requested information I inquired about from the service agent, and no courtesy vehicle despite having to work everyday. I found out my car was ready to be picked up via a "courtesy text" on May 15, 2026 at 3:15 p.m. with no information on costs nor explanation of replacements/repairs.
