Auto was towed to this dealership and I got no follow up until I called it was 1 month I did get a loaner yet I was never given an update on the vehicle until I called and still waiting on the vehicle report I was charged for a tune up of 581.41 with I felt was a rip off I ask for an itemized list which k never received and before I could get home the engine light which was one and shimmering was yet on before I got 30 miles to home I’m diagnosed that it has engine failure but I can’t verify it I need a itemized report so j ... read more

The service department seriously needs an overhaul of staff. First visit I went in for new tires and waited for over 2 hours to find out they didn’t even touch the car. Second visit my car was in for service campaign work for a small oil leak and when I later received the car it was pouring oil and not drivable. Thankfully i smelled the oil and stopped driving or the entire engine would’ve been ruined. The car has had to be towed back to the dealership leaving me and my children without a way to go.
Service Department is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and perfom Devious practices. Falsifying claims that Perfectly working car parts are in need of immediate repair. This department needs a full employee overhaul. 2 1/2 hours to change 2 tires & align.
Poor service by Delaney who is the head service person not very friendly never offered to get assistance from anyone else I had to go get my own bulb from another place they did put it in but the frustration of his unfriendly attitude was a turn off
