Water pump left us stranded on I85. No sense of urgency (fortunately we were less than an hour from home). Repair was completed over a week later. Engine compartment was left uncleaned. And replacing the pump belt (which needs replacing) was going to be a separate charge) even though they had to remove it to replace the part. Customer service is okay but lacking given the cost of repairs.
We took my daughter’s car there 2 weeks ago. I have called several times since then with no return phone calls. They charged us over $200 that day , said they are trying to reach the warranty company but can’t , I called the warranty company myself and spoke to them with no issues.
Randy Lopez is an excellent person. He was very patient and treated us with kindness. He answered all questions patiently and never rushed us through the car buying process.
