Me and my husband drove 2 hours yesterday to cancel an extended warranty with Johnathan FNI manager. Upon arriving and signing the required paperwork we were informed that it would take 4 months to received the refund. In past instances this process only takes 2-3 weeks at other dealerships. This is extremely unprofessional.
