Stay away!!! Deceitful!!! I worked with Kevin R and finance for a week and a half knowing where I needed my monthly payment. They are all warm and cozy, give you a monthly payment and down payment and then BAM!!! Hit you with a much higher monthly payment and this is after insurance and plates are changed. This dealership is a total scam factory. The salespeople here are nothing but sharks who will say anything to trap you into a deal that benefits them, not you. They lie about prices, they sneak in hidden fees, and they pressure you nonstop until you’re so worn down you just want to escape. Worst experience I wish I never walked into this place. The overall experience was lovely all the advisors are amazing HOWEVER that receptionist Crystal/Krystal is disgustingly rude. She is absolutely no help I’m confused how she’s still currently working there and if you’re talking to her on the phone just know you are definitely on speaker and the lobby will know your business too. She made my experience unbearable and I would recommend dealing with everyone BUT her. The staff is so sweet though, the facility is clean and they offer little bagels and coffee.

I recently leased out my new 2025 Hyundai Tucson and I couldn’t be happier! The driving experience is incredibly smooth, and I absolutely love the upgrade from my 2014 BMW 5 series model.
