The the service department is a problem. It’s a one star. I try and try to call and set an appointment and I cannot get anywhere on the phone. Some times it goes to the service managers desk and I have the opportunity to leave a message , I hang up. Once I got through to a human and they told me they were to busy to talk and would call me after 8:00 pm but never did. I guess it’s good for them to be so busy and all but very bad for a Hyundai owner.

I’m not impressed with the service department on simple tasks like oil changes. We had our first service at 5000 miles they did not remove the old oil filter gasket so we lost all the oil and got stranded on the side of the road and had to be towed in to the dealership. The oil change at 10k went fine with no problems. We took it in yesterday at 17k and had the oils changes and when my wife asked if they put synthetic they said they did not see it on the ticket so they put conventional oil in.
