Was on a road trip and saw that they had the car I wanted. Great! I live on the other side of the state, but the car, an Ionic 5, was hard to get nearby so I decided to buy it there and drive both cars back home. During closing, the salesman I was working with could not find the second key. All sales persons are very friendly and the price offered (unfortunately no negotiation was allowed due to the shortage of new cars) was very competitive. The car was delivered exactly as promised time-wise, and the car looks gorgeous! Will buy again!
Horrible experience. I bought a really nice car online (I am from out of state). The car is lovely, but the sales/service was unacceptable. Communication from the sales person was spotty at best (he did not return my calls) and when we arrived to get the car, although I had more than once communicated the paperwork necessary....it was not there as promised...in fact, the sales people argued with me that it was necessary (it was).
