I bought a Hyundai IONIQ 5 at the price tag of 60K , 3 years ago . I was told that it comes with free service for 8 years or 100,000 miles. There is no oil change for electric car but every 5K mile "service required" message start to show up. When I took the car to service center (35 mile drive) they look into my car record and say no service is required but for tire rotation I need to pay money. I'd give 4.5 stars. Lesandro, great guy. Former Service Member. But? When others started walking in for the deal? I was less pleased. They were pressing more for the Deal, than what I actually wanted. Just wanted me to sign, was my assessment. My wife controls the finances, and I told them that. Drove in from Riverside County with my family a few weeks back to pick up a new Hyundai. Spoke to Michael M on the phone and he was absolutely fantastic. He was our original salesperson but was not going to be at the dealership at the time we were going to be there. We ended up working with Marcella.
