Just to clarify, my 5-star rating is just for Christina Munoz and her manager who approved my price-matching request: A week earlier, I asked a dealer (I'll leave her name out) if she could send me a documented out-the-door (OTD) price on a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Tucson, price-matching what another dealership offered for the exact same car, just $2k less. Just bought a car this last Saturday. I am really disappointed in how long it took even though we had a loan already in hand. Over 7 hours to close and on top of that they didn't even fill the new car up with gas. Other then that the car deal was great. Do better and please get faster at selling a damn car. Especially when the people like myself have a kid with them.
