I bought two cars from this dealership, The paint is peeling off of my white Hyundai. I got a mailer in the mail stating that if I came in for an appraisal, I would get up to a $20 Starbucks card and some sort of free prize for a scratch off. The dealer handed me my letter back and said we cannot give you an appraisal because your car is not worth anything to us. Service center has poor service I tried calling and they transfer you to the next available advisor and I understand they may be busy so I leave a message to get a call back and nothing I tried this 3x and still no call back I even told the receptionist and she just put me on hold very unprofessional the carlsbad one has more knowledge and very easy to talk to highly recommend
