I had my car vandalized and towed to this Hyundai dealership through my insurance because it wouldn’t crank. I spoke with Charles, the sales rep, but he failed to inform me that they would be running a vandalism diagnostic test on my vehicle. I was simply trying to find out why it wouldn’t start — not requesting or authorizing a full diagnostic. I had the absolute worst experience at the Hyundai service department on Covington pike. My car needed a diagnostic done and then deep cleaning from a flood. My car was at their shop for almost month and a half. I called and no one would answer. Then I went up there. I was told the pics and estimate would be sent to my insurance on multiple occasions and nothing was done or they’d lose the email address for my insurance. They were so unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
