We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. Extremely disappointing experience. I called to inquire about the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 on their website I was contacted by Evelin with the quote. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, wish I had read reviews prior to purchase. I leave this review as a strong caution to what I felt was an incredible level of deception, delay and denial. My husband and I bought our first ever Hyundai from Kenosha Hyundai today. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Eduardo Repizo was fantastic to work with - super efficient, helpful and no BS. He had most of the paperwork done when we walked in this morning, so we were in and out in 90 minutes. On May 10th we went to the Tulsa Hyundai dealership on south Memorial drive in Tulsa Oklahoma. Our Salesman DeAndre during this whole process was AMAZING. In the past i have always had no issues with service except for the terrible over priced repairs , but i paid it each time an took my car home without saying anything.
