I want Burlington Hyundai to know that the extra thousands they charged me have eliminated the Christmas gifts for my family and grandchildren. That's how much I was overcharged. Along with a rate that was three percent higher than it should have been. Thank you for ruining our Christmas.
Do not use this dealer. They are a very well oiled machine. All smiles while they have a hammer behind their backs. Be extremely careful as to what is on your purchasing agreement. Go over ever number! Make sure they are giving you what they said. I am 64 bought plenty of cars. I am always careful. These guys have it down to a psychological science. RecommendedI can’t say enough positive things about the individuals that work here. My family and I came in for some serious car problems. We were visiting family in CT for the holidays from SC and were traveling back home when the car started to act up and my check engine light came on and started blinking. Unbeknownst to us, theref was a recall on my car that if not brought in and addressed ASAP it could have been very harmful to the engine. My mother'a brand new Hyundai, got a nail in it's tire and the air conditioning doesn't work. They're a bunch of shiesty bullies. They tried to tell my mom her car, which is under warranty, has zero problems.
I went for the repair of my Sonata's melted door frame inside tape. After the service when i checked the door i noticed there is a small piece of door frame outside rubber is broken and missing. I told them immediately about this and they told me come back tomorrow for the repair. Next day they told me it was missing before they started working on my car and they would not repair it. I just had the most wonderful buying experience at Hyundai City. My salesman was not pushy, very knowledgable & made me feel very comfortable. I would say that it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I would recommend Hyundai City to everyone & I will go back again!

Worse Dealership I've ever witnessed This has to be the worst dealership I have ever witnessed. I bought a 2003 Dodge Caravan at this dealership and had nothing but problems. The service staff was incompetent, the manager would not return calls. I have traded that van since then. My daughter bought a 2004 Chrysler Sebring there and can't even get an appointment for service. They will put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes to get a service appointment.
