I purchased my vehicle from this dealership right before the pandemic and really didn't have many issues with it. Since then, this dealership has had a change in ownership. I received a "recall" in the mail from this dealership so I took it in. When I arrived, no one really explained to me what the recall was about until after I asked and clarified that it was actually a software update.
