I went there not too long ago. Winter 2025 to look for a car. I believe it was a Sunday. My wife and I walked around the lot for like an hour. We did not see one single sales representative . We were starting to think that the dealership was closed if it wasn't for the open doors. We were debating on whether or not to go in and ask for help but then we decided not to. I shouldn't be chasing anybody for a sell. They should be chasing me.
Julisa Arnold did an excellent job in our transition from my 2023 Hyundai Ionic 5 to my new 2026 Ionic 5. I will definitely come back to Carson Hyundai to purchase or lease another vehicle.
I initially had a good experience here, but that changed when it came time to buy the car. The dealer told me a $2,000 alarm add-on was “required” due to the vehicle’s theft history, and the manager was very aggressive during negotiations. We ultimately went to a different Hyundai dealership and had a much better experience—no forced add-ons, and we saved over $5,000 on the same car. I recommend staying away from here and going to a better rated location. It will save you thousands.
Norman and Michael were excellent they were super kind and went above and beyond I would recommend that you ask for them when you are planning to purchase a car here sadly mine did not work out but they were super helpful thank you both
Sean, Jennifer and Eric are absolutely awesome! These are the kind of people you want helping you with a used car purchase, which can be scary. Ive had some bad experiences elsewhere, so I was apprehensive...but they earned my trust COMPLETELY. For once I feel like someone is looking out for my best interests, not just their $$$. This is how service should be!! Thank you all for the VIP service! I highly recommend this dealership.
