Brought a car in for an oil change there car wash is down service advisor Gio could care less had a worse conversation with a guy named Erick who is apparently the manager of the dealership Honestly thought the guy wanted to fight with me. I bought my truck there and they still reach out constantly trying to get me to trade it in but another. Won’t be taking those calls anymore.
After running around through out different Hyundai dealerships Hyundai Carson helped me get into this beautiful Ioniq 5 N Performance blue. Shout out to Sean and Mike for the Infiniti help. You guys are amazing.
Awful service. Try charging me $245 just for a diagnostic. They said it’s not even a full car diagnostic it’s just for a specific issue I’m having. Each other area would’ve been another $245. Go to the Hyundai in Long Beach they charge $200 for a full diagnostic
After much research across several dealerships, we purchased a vehicle from Carson Hyundai. Dealership was bright, spacious with a relax atmosphere. We were pleasantly greeted by two young ladies and received great professional/friendly service from our salesperson Juan. With any vehicle deal, as long as you do you research and know what fees are applicable, you will a good experience.
