I purchased a BRAND NEW 2020 Tuscon that left me stranded on the side of the mountain in Georgia. quite unfortunately it has been a pain in the rear to try and get Hyundai to replace/buy the car back. At what point do you just recognize that you should replace/buyback/resolve this issue for the customer? the car only had 3k miles on it which makes this totally unacceptable now after trying to work with Hyundai for a month I have gotten the buyback approved. however the paperwork is apparently gonna take another month! On August 4, 2018 I bought a 2018 Genesis G80 for my wife and in that process was approved for financing with Genesis Finance. My first payment on the car was due September 18; however, I paid off, in full, the financing note prior to the due date of the first payment.
