I came in with a simple problem and was turned away from other shops today for many different reasons. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. And then I was referred to Paul in the Service Center for my issue, Paul handled my concerns with care and attention. I was in and out in less than a few minutes with a solution I was very pleased with. I am grateful for the staff here, especially Parts and Service. I will be returning for additional assistance in the future. 5 stars.

I had a great experience with World Car. The salesman I worked with, Kevin Urrutia, was extremely helpful in helping me get everything I needed. Very personable, accommodating, and most importantly, HONEST. Great job Kevin, your future is bright. The finance manager, David, was also great. There were options presented to me which I was not needing. When I refused them, David took my, “no” as a “no”. I greatly appreciate that he didn’t try to work me over on things I didn’t need.
