I have been buying my car from Wilkins for the last 6 years and have the best service. But I dont know what has changed in the past 8 months, but service dept is terrible. The people there dont listen, are rude and will not help you. I have a warranty and most of the time, they try to have things covered. And if they cant, they still are helpful and dont charge for things not needed.
