Do not trust this Hyundai dealership! This dealership is unreliable and untrustworthy!!!! They rebuilt my engine back in October 2024 because it was under warranty. When they rebuilt my engine , they did not use the.correct bolts for the engine housing. Now , the screws are stripped and my engine is leaking oil. What’s worse. Is the dealership refuses to fix their errors. They do not take any accountability for their mistakes. Please do yourself a favor and go to a better Hyundai dealership. Just purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Wilkins Hyundai in Elmhurst, IL. The whole process from the salesman and the entire team was friendly, easy and we felt confident we were buying a good vehicle from a reputable dealer. Didn't feel pressured into something we didn't want. They were very helpful in all the questions we had and our needs. In a couple of years if I decide to replace my other vehicle I will go to Wilkins first.
