I had a very disappointing experience with the service department on March 23, 2026. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and came across as dismissive of customer concerns. Overall, the level of service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Buying a new vehicle, at least for me, can be intimidating. Sales pitches, pressure to get add-ons, hidden fees, upgrades—the list goes on. That was not my experience when dealing with Mr. Ken Brown. I had a good feeling about Ken as soon as he approached my wife and me, and I walked away feeling even better. I would recommend avoiding this dealership for anything related to repairs or service. Their communication is both sparse and impolite and they never seemed to have a plan for actually resolving our car's issues. After two months of dropping off and picking up our vehicle (as they repeatedly failed to diagnose the problem), we were able to get a courtesy car from them.
