The service team is great here. However the sales team will offer rebates here like college grad and after sending all documents in they request they will tell you, you don’t qualify. Any time I go in the office the lady is super rude and doesn’t help. Also when you need the sales manager you’re told he’s not there and they don’t know when he’ll be there, but you can just sit in the lobby.
I took my car in because I had warranty issues. It Cost me $200 to get a door fixed which I thought was ridiculous. I will never go back to this Victorville. Hyundai again, I checked on BBB. Better Business Bureau and they have an F rating. Horrible, horrible place. so apart was under warranty. The cable for the door to open My son was trying to open the door and the outside. Always a pleasant visit when I bring my car in. Arturo and all the staff always make me feel welcomed.
One of the worst dealerships you could possibly ever go to these people are totally unprofessional and treat people like I don’t wanna say the word they might not post my review, but it’s not a good place to buy a car or to service a car I would recommend you go down the hill to another dealer.
