Caught them billing for a service not performed and falsifying paperwork. The service tech admitted he didn’t do it when I spoke to him “but couldn’t change the paperwork” and then the manager tried to tell me he may have done the service. There is no may have, and the paperwork should match. Integrity is sadly questionable.
Sam, the service advisor at C&S Hyundai Waterloo, took excellent care of my daughter when she had car trouble while out of town. Being three hours from home, she needed extra help navigating the repair process, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure she was supported every step of the way. We will not be back. After making an appointment the day before for a specified time and very specific items that needed to be taken care of, my husband had to wait over an hour before he talked to the mechanic. Then, the mechanic did not take care of the lights as specified, etc.
Terrible customer service. Staff lie and tell yiu stuff is brand new and it is not and then expect you to pay for their dishonesty. Will never go back
