Terrible service. Rude ladies. Sell you a car, breaks down a week later, still takes 2 months to fix and still no car? This is the worst place to buy a car. They do not care even when they say they do. We are still waiting for our vehicle that we are paying every month for. Only got to drive it a week before it died. VERY BAD PLACE. Don’t buy a car from them. Worst decision ever

I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a car from C&S Subaru and especially never to deal with Scott Thurn at C&S Subaru. A lack of transparency and definitely not honest. I was lied to and given false information. The management & ownership really don’t care so you the customer are really on your own. My opinion, stay away from this place.
RecommendedMost of the staff is knowledgeable about the Subaru products. On 1-2 occasions I've known more about the features of the vehicle. Service department is competitive on services such as oil changes and alignment, but they charge too much $ for simple diagnostic checks (get your own OBD tool).
I was absolutely impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism displayed by my Subaru salesman, Bobby Pugh. I’m in love with my car 2018 Subaru WRX STI!!! Excellent car buying experience. Shout out to Bobby Pugh & Travis Gardner...Excellent Salesmen—Highly Recommend! Five Stars!!
