I called to get my vehicle serviced and the earliest appointment I could get was in the beginning of October. That’s totally unacceptable. My vehicle is under warranty now I’m considering taking it a local garage and paying out of pocket to get it fixed. Not happy at all…..

Elijah was very pleasant when greeting me as I first entered the building. Very helpful without being aggressive. I had lots of questions as I’ve been looking for a new Santa Fe for over a year. He answered them all. Seemed open and fair with all processes. I loved chatting with him on his follow up call and he was super knowledgeable about my dash control questions over the phone. A great young man to work with!
We leased a 2026 Santa Fe yesterday and the process was very smooth and easy! Colin was friendly, knowledgeable and not just pushing for a sale. Nate was wonderful as well and gave us a great deal! Highly recommend Ciocca! We absolutely love our car! Thank you!
