I traveled 4:30 hrs to buy a used hyundai ioniq 5 n from Ciocca. They worked with me through the whole process and made it a very pleasurable experience. I wish I lived closer to them because I would continue to do my services through them. Our salesman Micah Weitlich was great, very kind, and did a great job with everything! Also Karly (spelling?) in the finance department was great, she was very thorough and explained all of our options very well! Service was great at the Williamsport Hyundai. Only thing we didn't like is the new mantra Ciocca changed to since they purchased Apple dealerships. They have since stopped there concierge service that was promised when the car was purchased. Otherwise personnel were fantastic!
TDLR: My purchase experiance was AMAZING! Baily was a pleasure to deal with and is a true car enthuasiast!
