Worked with Nate and Ellijah at the dealership, they provided tremendous service! They were polite, understanding, and paid attention to my situation. While the numbers didn’t work out, they tried their hardest to work them out so they did work. While I did not purchase a new car from them, they will be my first go to! This dealership is under staffed and the owners should be ashamed of the position they put the current employees in. We have waited for 7 months for warranty parts to come in and then another 4 weeks for an open appointment to get our vehicle fixed. The vehicle was dropped off in the early morning for the appointment and we allowed them to have the vehicle for the entire day and never requested a loaner. DO NOT buy from this dealership. We bought a new vehicle cash 8 weeks ago. About 3 weeks ago I spoke with Sales Manager that we hadn't received title or registration which normally takes a few weeks. Sales Manager said there wasn't anyway for them to check on it. Spoke to PennDot today and they stated they are showing no paperwork has been submitted.
