My experience has been anything but enjoyable as a consumer of a faulty product. My 2019 Hyundai Tuscon has been inoperable for 109 days as of today. March 21, 2022. I have continuously been in contact with Hyundai to support me as a customer. However, there has been no support. Each time I call, I am told that I will receive a callback. Let me just start by saying really bad customer service and they lied to me. Dont trust them! I called beacuse i complained about an oil change promise frm my deal when i first bought my car. They said change of ownership doesnt guarantee blah blah so later on a girl named natalie said sorry about your bad experience will give reward point good up to 2 oil changes.
