Terrible service. The manager speaks with a strong accent, it is very difficult to understand his speech. The manager refuses to answer me on the phone until I give my last name and first name, zip code and another information about me. Although my call was to find out if the item is in stock, or it makes no sense for me to come.

I had the absolute best experience here yesterday leasing my new Kona Sel ! I had the pleasure of working with Nick L. - who was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and answered all my questions…. And trust me I had a lot of questions. The entire crew at Hyundai City worked together as a team to ensure I got everything I wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership over any others in the neighborhood. I spent all day shopping - Hyundai City was my first stop and sure enough my last stop!!!!
