Adam is the RIGHT person to go to here. He was extremely helpful throughout my girlfriend and I’s customer service experience. He helped us get a set of mats and second key for her car. He kept in contact with us and gave us straight answers and didn’t play around with us. If you go to this dealership, go directly to Adam! You will not be disappointed.
Spoke to the internet salesperson failure they told me that they had a Tucson SEL and silver I asked them if I come there can I touch the car is here. I came down to Bay Ridge Hyundai and the car was not there they did not care if you waste your time I will never buy a car from them. They are a bunch of liars
A pleasant experience. Although we could not come to terms with the numbers, I was very impressed with the staff and how friendly they were. I have seen very few dealerships in the NY area who are as friendly and engaging. I hope to work with them in the future.
