Made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks in advance for 8am for the first oil change on my wife’s 2025 Hyundai. I got there at 745 and was checked in quick. I had my baby with me and asked about how long and the usual typical hour to an hour and a half. Totally expected that. An hour and a half later, still sitting there with no update and the car still sitting in the same parking spot. Excellent service from the time I called to make the appt to the time I got my key fob back. The issue was diagnosed in less than 5 minutes. Another local Hyundai dealer couldn't figure it out after 2 visits and wasted money on items that didnt need to be replaced. I would recommend this service dept to everyone. Nasher was my technician. He was professional & knew exactly what he was speaking about. The entire process restored my faith in Hyundai.
So disappointed! I've been a customer for many years (since 2004) and this past experience has been one of my worst. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but I really hope someone in their management team figures it out. Until then, I will not be returning. I brought my vehicle in on 8/17 (overnight drop off, with a 7:30 am appt on 8/18). In my experience, if you bought a new car and are taking advantage of the few free service appointments that the dealership gives, they're not really doing much more than changing oil. I've come to them time and time again with concerns about how my vehicle is operating and nothing gets fixed. I finally put my suspicions to the test and did a few things with the car to see if the service staff was really working on the things promised (other than the oil change).
