I changed my schedule around to come in early so that he could leave early for the day… i proceeded to sit there 40 minutes after the time HE set and I am only third in line still. Then when you express frustration at this you get the trite excuse of “I am sorry he is running late” from the staff and they catch attitude as well. The staff never answers or returns phone calls. The definition of insanity, "doing the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome" describes calling Dr. Hyun's office and expecting someone to answer or return a phone call.

His staff never answers the phone or returns voice mail messages. How does he get anyone scheduled? Have called multiple times and no one ever picks up.

I would rate the doctor himself 3 stars based on my two office visits. However, his office staff leave much to be desired; they have not been helpful at all. The most recent example is- after my last visit I received an email that a summary of my visit was available on an APP. When I called and asked them to email the summary, as I am too old to mess with APPs, I was told they don't do that. The summary is particularly important, as it should contain results of a sleep study the doctor ordered (the results of which should ha... read more

I have met with Dr. Hyun on several occasions and was extremely pleased with the attention and urgency he gave my concerns. He spent time explaining my diagnosis thoroughly to relieve fears that I was drumming up in my head, and I did not feel rushed at all when he was in the room with me. He impressed me as very knowledgeable, interested, and pleasant. My ONLY concerns are with his staff at the front desk, who are less than professional and attentive, but this doctor is excellent.

I was referred by my rheumatologist due to lower extremity weakness. I tried for several weeks to schedule and appointment but was told they needed a referral from my doctor. I I informed them my doctor had faxed referral. Was informed that they will call me when they get referral. Today I called and was told by office manager that they had the referral but there was no phone number to call me. She offer appt for January. Office staff not helpful.
