Both Rene and Sholynn have the best customer service skills out of circuit board and hard drive dealers. They have taken great care of our company for 13 years now. Fast and accurate payment processing and shipping times. Hundreds of boards and hard drives. Thank you, Hytec.
Fernando, the shipping manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our phone conversation, he mocked me, made racially insensitive remarks, and was very dismissive. His microaggressive tone made the entire interaction uncomfortable and unacceptable. I do not recommend this company at all.
Most of us will never deal with this company. They do repair work on copiers, ATM machines and elevator circuit boards. Perhaps even more. Very honest well organized group of people Motivated to do right by their customers
