Dr Durtschi is the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable! Even though he's busy, his team works hard to get me in quickly. They are very responsive on MyChart. He curates all of the craziness and conflicting info on the internet and brings me back to reality. My doctor for life! I disagree with "Holy Roller". Dr. Durtschi and his PA Lynn Vantham are wonderful, and I’m thankful to have them as my physician team. Their support staff however is maddening. Each time I message either of my doctors, or they hand orders to their staff that need to be put in, it is not handled correctly. You have to follow up more than once to get things that should have been done correctly the first time taken care of, the wait times to get through on the phone are sometimes 30+ minutes, messages meant for your physician aren’t passed on or aren’t read ... read more
