The house we were renting was sold while we were in it and ended up being managed by Realize. Our rent was increased 50% with one months notice. While I recognize that this isn't the fault of the property management company, they were extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in getting us information, communicating with the landlords (across the country) on our behalf, and giving us information about service requests that certainly needed to be taken care of if our rent was going up that much. Jillian has been a huge help to us with maintenance requests and making sure things are good with our move. This has been the best property management company we have dealt with. They definitely make sure their tenants are taken care of.
They told me to find a house I did they wanted information from my job I gave it to them I payed 30 for a application.. I call they either don’t answer or hang up in your face you never hear back from them email or text messages the address on the website is fake I went there and nothing at this point do they really help I’ve been calling for a month now and nothing
