Bad company, doesn't care about its applicants
I applied for an apartment with Realize Property Management, paid the $35 application fee, and was completely given the runaround. First, they promised me a 2-bedroom, only to turn around and rent it to someone else. Then, they claimed a 1-bedroom was available, but after that, they completely ghosted me. no follow-ups, no updates, nothing. On top of that, their agent Camille was incredibly rude on the phone, acting like I was the problem for expecting basic communication. I believe there a good rental company
They deserves more than this 5 rating. The whole team worked diligently to get thru every obstacle that was thrown our way. For that my family & I thank you.
Super money hungry I got this just for owing $20. I’m not behind in rent or anything. Don’t rent through them. I wish I was still with my old rental office they were more understanding. The property didt look as great but they definitely were more understanding. If I owe just $20 nxt month they will send this again. Concerns they don’t go by there lease neither
