I worked with Robert Cook, who was absolutely the best to work with in doing the necessary paper work going from a 30 year to a 15 year mortgage, and reducing the interest rate from 4.75% to 2.25%, resulting in a reduced monthly mortgage payment. Robert was available anytime, even after work and on his days off. He was very professional, his phone voice was excellent, and he had a marvelous sense of humor! HYPOTEC and Robert, WHAT A TEAM!!
