I had a great experience with the AC technician who came out to evaluate concerns with my unit. He responded quickly and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately upon arrival. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing the problem, what needed to be done to resolve it, and even provided helpful tips to prevent similar issues in the future. My AC unit went out and I needed a quick repair. After the original company I had called never showed up, I called Hypoint AC. It was a Saturday afternoon, but they still came that same day. When I found out, I had to replace the unit, Due to it being 19 years old and they don’t make the part it needed, They found me a unit and was back out Monday to install.
