Got my first two tattoos there when the blonde Young woman was there, right before she quit. She was amazing, went over, asked my comfort level, even was showing the other artists how to go over lines. I've been twice since, one to get another tattoo and it was splotchy and the guy was rude and went immidetly to smoke after without even speaking. I've got all my piercings there and i love them. The people there who work there make it feel like home. It's great. Tessa is great too!! She made me feel so comfortable while getting pierced.

I received a 13$ tattoo, and for me no matter the cost of the the experience I expect costumer respect. With this said the artist that I got was awesome, he was professional he talked as if he loved his job and was excited to do what he was doing even if I was his 52nd customer of the day. But the ones behind the counter are a different story, they acted all night as tho every new customer was a burden and they would complain about patience of the customers as they were loosing theirs. My tattoo is fine since it was simple and $13 but the place isn’t horribly clean and I honestly think having dogs in a place you’re piercing and tattooing people isn’t the greatest idea, most likely wouldn’t go back

Oh and our chihuahua's are registered service dogs and the customers love to sit while they are waiting and hold them and love on them .our little dogs are trained to never go into the booths. Thank you
