Amy is amazing. I have been dealing with horrible panic and anxiety attacks for over 2 years. Every morning for me is horrible. After my first session with Amy the next morning was much better, it was such a relief!!! She is highly qualified (one of the best) at what she does and she is a very kind and understanding person. She listens to your issues and tailors each session to what you are going through at that particular time. I would be lost without her. I am blessed to have found her.
Amy is kind, understanding, and professional. She helped me deal with some issues in a profound way. We discussed options and decided on hypnotherapy. The results have me convinced it was the right choice. Not only does hypnotherapy help deal with issues, it feels like a massage for your mind; so relaxing.
Amy is great she has help so much. I did five sessions with her. I started noticing that things where changing around third session. And now I'm Realizing things before I react, thanks to her.
