Amy helped me to overcome a phobia that I've had since childhood. Her methods are very simple, yet extremely effective. It's super helpful that her voice is soothing. Amy is amazing. I have been dealing with horrible panic and anxiety attacks for over 2 years. Every morning for me is horrible. After my first session with Amy the next morning was much better, it was such a relief!!! She is highly qualified (one of the best) at what she does and she is a very kind and understanding person.
