Sarah is amazing! I never felt rushed with the time that we had, allowing to really get a true sense of how she can best help me. Sarah has the education, training, but most importantly the heart for this type of work. Seeing as hypnotherapy can be some of the most healing, it can also be the most revealing. You want less a practitioner as a hypnotherapist and more a guide and partner exploring the realms of your subconscious.
