I visited Brian Balke in the hope of breaking a life long habit that had become an addiction. I wasnt sure what this process might look like or what the outcome would be. Brian is amazing at what he does. He is helping me process and learn to live more positively with trauma that has so negatively affected me in the way in which I regard myself. I am deeply, deeply grateful to Brian. I started hypnosis sessions with Brian with the intention of overcoming a debilitating fear of driving at heights.
