I cannot say enough good things about Jerry Zaryczny. Working with him has been truly life-changing. I will never be able to thank Jerry enough for the help he gave me for my sleep disorder. I had tried everything...meditation, prescription sleeping pills, exercise, etc. This is the only thing that has worked. I was clinging to past regrets which were amplified when I would go to bed to try to sleep. I knew intellectually that I should forgive myself but couldn't let go. I am now liberated from all that nonsense. Jerry, if I could give you 10 stars I would.
My children lost their therapist & had been doing EMDR & I’d been searching for one relentlessly. NLP was my other preferred therapy and was thrilled to find Jerry. Prior to him my girls were never too happy about doing therapy. Ever since seeing Jerry my kids have been extremely excited for their appt’s. They even yelled “yay,” when I reminded them of their upcoming session. There’s something about Jerry that brings out the best in people. Would highly, highly recommend. 10 Star
I have been struggling with accepting my natural aging process now that I'm in my seventies, while living in our youth-driven, "anti-aging" culture. Jerry has helped me a lot to realize that beauty is a "state of being", and radiates from within us. His customized hypnosis and life coaching has helped me to be grateful for the privilege of still "being here", and continuing to have dreams and aspirations to fulfill. I’m not a person who posts reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Jerry Zaryczny. I see a value in this review for the pessimists and cynics out there, like me. Give this man a chance to share his methods and techniques, and I would be surprised to hear that you didn’t find him genuinely helpful and willing to be helpful if you are serious about being helped.
