My session with Theresa was so relaxing and healing. Theresa does a fantastic job in creating a healing space and educating clients on how hypnotherapy works. It was my first time doing this hypnotize session and I am so glad I did this with Theresa. She was very patient gentle to listen to my procrastination problem. She helped me identify the underlying issues that I have had, which caused my stubborn procrastination. We worked on some strategies to deal with it, and I like how gentle, rather than a radical change, I have to start with. Wow wow wow. I highly recommend Theresa as a guide to hypnotherapy. Theresa created a safe and sacred space during our virtual hypnotherapy session. I felt extremely relaxed, and could feel her tapping into my subconscious without feeling it in the concious state.
