Dr. Holt was so patient and kind and helped me overcome my intense phobia of flying! I recently flew across the country and was finally so relaxed that I even fell asleep on the plane. (Usually I’m so stressed out I can hardly breathe and am hit with constant anxiety attacks.) Dr. Holt is truly compassionate and incredibly skilled in her field of work. I would suggest ANYONE go to her!
Mary is amazing! She truly has a gift! Life changing to say the least!
Dr Holt is the best Hypnotherapist I know of by far. I highly recommend her. I have seen her for hypnosis. She is friendly, professional and very knowledgable both in Hypnosis and counseling in general.
