Working with Liz was absolutely AMAZING! Her depth of knowledge, her kind, friendly, warm energy, and all of the Hypnobirthing techniques combined has made me feel so much more prepared for my home birth of my first baby. This class was perfect for us. Liz is so personable and informative. She provided all the answers we needed about not only Hypnobirthing, but also more general pregnancy and birthing procedures we might encounter at the hospital. We feel confident that our birthing experience will go easily. I would totally recommended Hypnobirthing Mommy to others.
My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Liz taking private hypnobirthig classes. I signed up for classes immediately after one call with her. She is so uplifting and positive, she creates a very safe space for learning. She has provided us with tools that have removed all fears, anxiety around childbirth. We have created our birth plan and even if it doesn’t all go to plan I feel ready and excited because of the preparation we’ve done and all that we’ve learned with Liz.
My husband Mike and I thoroughly enjoyed our in-person classes with Liz. She brings so much energy and passion into what she does - it's contagious. We feel very confident going into our natural birthing experience and so much of that is because of Liz. We cannot thank Liz (and Mason!) enough. Excited to bring our baby boy into the world!
