Couldn’t have enjoyed this comprehensive course any more then we did! My husband and I learned more with Mandie than any book could have taught us. I was able to use the techniques for both my first and second births. The audio downloads were a nighttime meditation for my family in preparation. We Listened to them during my 2nd birth in my own home and was comforted by knowing that each contraction brought me closer to my baby. Wonderful, caring community that sets you up with many tools and techniques to prepare you for labor. My only regret is that I didnt take this in my second trimester. Highly recommend!
