Dr Ashok cares about her patients beyond the visit, explains well the information and goes above and beyond. She looks at the whole person not just their kidneys. She has identified other problems not kidney related and referred for care acutely. The office staff is wonderful.
This is review is for Dr. Arbes. He treated me for a number of years and he was absolutely wonderful. Knowledgeable, patient, and a caring physician. I highly recommend him.
Put my life in Dr Ashok s hands and she reacted with maximum urgency and saved the day. Brilliant woman but as important took on my care beyond the call of duty. Staff excellent as well!
Cared more about his attire and appearance than his patient. Arrogant, rude, elusive, void of empathy, and unprofessional are adjectives to describe him.
His office manager apologized for his poor service, but that didn't help us get answers about our dad's failing kidneys or follow-up treatment. Pompous, arrogant, completely disinterested. "WAY too busy" . . . to do his job!?!
