If I could give negative stars, I would don’t waste your time or your kidneys on this Office. They never answer the phone. They never follow through. I had to be admitted to the hospital to resolve my kidney issues. Stay far away.!!!!!!!
This office has very poor communication! It has been a month and I still have not received a call back from the doctor regarding my blood test results. I have left numerous messages by phone and on their website. I don't believe they check their messages at all. The one & only time I got thru I was told the doctor had COVID. Since then she has had ample time to give me a 5 minute call. It is not appropriate for a medical professional physician to "not" communicate with their patients'. Very disappointed in this office.
