It is without question, Dr. Murphy is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and he demands that his patients play an active roll by following through with the requests Dr. Murphy creates for their treatment plans. However, I would give 1 star for my overall experience because of his lackadaisical staff, however that wouldn’t be fair to Dr. Murphy dedicated care. Dr. Murphy is highly knowledgeable and cares about my whole health. He keeps in contact with all my doctors to ensure I have continuity of care.
My experience service was horrible. They pushed back my scheduled appointment back 3 hours before I was scheduled to show up. I had to make arrangements for my other appointments to accommodate what they did. I got there at 2:50 pm and the doctor did not get to me until 4:14 pm. Needless to say the treatment of my time was inconsiderate and careless. The nurse told me that they reschedule a new appointment for 3 weeks later. I would rather take that time to find a new doctor.
